Sinopsis Indonesia

Yang (Dong-Kun Jang) adalah pendekar legendaris. Terlahir untuk bertarung dan dilatih untuk menjadi pembunuh terbaik. Tak ada yang bisa mengalahkan Yang dan ini membuat pendekar yang satu ini jadi mimpi buruk paling ditakuti. Membunuh bukanlah hal yang sulit buat Yang, sampai suatu ketika, nuraninya berkata lain. Gagal menjalankan tugas artinya Yang harus benar-benar jadi sebuah legenda. Yang harus mati.

Dalam sekejap mata Yang jadi buronan dan tak ada tempat aman buat pendekar ini. Satu-satunya cara adalah pergi sejauh mungkin dari negeri kelahirannya. Perjalanan kemudian membawa Yang ke daratan Amerika yang masih sangat liar. Di tempat baru ini Yang berkenalan dengan beberapa orang yang terlihat biasa-biasa saja. Di balik apa yang terlihat, orang-orang ini ternyata menyimpan masa lalu yang tak terduga.

Ron (Geoffrey Rush) ternyata adalah mantan petarung sementara Lynne (Kate Bosworth) yang cantik ternyata juga punya bakat khusus yang jarang dimiliki wanita lain. Lynne jago melempar pisau dan ia punya misi pribadi membalaskan dendam masa kecilnya. Kedatangan Yang sendiri ternyata juga mengundang kedatangan beberapa orang dari masa lalu Yang. Yang belum aman. Ia masih jadi buronan dan para pemburunya kini telah datang.
